I'm so disappointed, the show was utterly compelling in the first season and the second was good, if brief, but all the preparation has just left the show on a slow boil. Season three has left me deeply dissatisfied and my personal opinion is that the writers need a more assertive influence so that some harsh decisions can be made about the direction of the show and the fates of the characters. Too often a character has died and been miraculously saved in some way or another. Also, the conflict itself is far too tame, where's the attempt to pit these awesome powers against each other? None of the fights last long enough to linger in the memory. Also time travel is completely over-used as an escape exit for dry storyline. Overall the show needs a bit of grit to complement it's majestic elements and while this has been hinted at many times in the future, it has never carried. And that doesnt mean the world needs to be apocalyptic; there's plenty of hardship in the real world. Some fight choreography and some harsh decisive action is needed or this show is quite likely to flop, which I hope isnt its fate as it's the only prime-time tv program that I've really enjoyed in a long time

Actually, you don't need any capital to flip houses. What you are really doing is flipping contracts. Getting a house under contract at a great price and then assigning the contract to a rehab investor who fixes the house up and sells to an owner occupant. The rehab investor is the one who comes in with the cash to buy the house. You get paid an assignment fee, $5-10K depending on the deal, which comes from the gold old rehab investor. To wholesale houses you just need to get good at finding deals and getting them under contract.

If you haven't read Think and Grow Rich yet you might want to give it a look and also try The Master Key System (Charles Haanel) and The Science of Getting Rich (Wallace Wattles). Read these three and the concept of a Mastermind group will be clear to you. Good luck on you future goals.

Yeah, Craven really is a great teacher, and I think just about every student who has had him will agree that he has both the passion and competency that make him great.

It also points out a flaw in the education system. A few years back he was actually let go by my school, despite being a great teacher, due to budget cuts. This was, of course, right as he bought a house in the area and was getting married. But, he was the newest teacher and thus was let go instead of the old health teacher that no one really liked.

Anyways, I'm glad he's back at Central. I'll have to go visit him sometime soon. He has my full support in his message and efforts about global warming, and created a darn impressive video argument.

While J3n is correct that he has an expansion pack out that says "How it all ends: The nature of Science 1" and 2, 3, ECT. He also has produced clones of his "How it all ends" video in an effort to get the word out.

I just want to say that you people that had him for a teacher are about the luckiest people in the world. I read on comment that said, "I wish we could clone this guy and put him in every science class across the nation." and I agree with that commenter.

If you guys want to help. You can direct people towards Manpollo.org. It is a site that has links to all his videos, all the documents that he tells you to google, and is the first phase of his master plan that he puts forward in "How it all ends: The Manpollo Project. You can also download his videos from there if you want to make a DVD instead of sitting in front of the computer for hours watching the expansion pack.

Live Journal is definitely an option, but I always find contrasting struggle in using it. I would like for all of my writings to be in one location, so that I can store them easily and maybe look back in 40 years to get a glimpse of what I used to be like.

However, at the same time, I consider myself a fairly intelligent person who is interesting, how good opinions on issues, and would like to have other people view my blog. In fact, I noticed that from my one blog post on blogger.com from over a year ago, I made like 3 dollars with almost no hits on the site. I know that making lots of money from blogging is unrealistic, but I wouldn't mind simply seeing how much money I can make.

There is a big line between the personal and non-personal components of a blog and I will probably need to separate them at some point, despite not really wanting to do so. Regardless, LiveJournal seems much more like a "journal" and less like a blog that random people would read from.

If anyone knows of other services out there, please let me know. :)
